This Group Ultimately Did Not Become a Company (Subtitle: It became a world that allows people to have more futures.) 01. One Day in 2046 One day in 2046, a person walks into a house with no reception desk, no sales pitches, and no standard packages. She is not here to buy consulting services, nor to buy courses. She just vaguely knows that she is being slowly swallowed by a "default life": where to live, what job to do, how to raise the next generation, how to run a business, when to take risks, when to leave. Every question seems to have a "realistic answer," but all these realistic answers added together do not make up the world she truly desires. The house does not tell her how to choose. It lets her enter three different futures. The first future emerges through space: the lighting, flow, objects, and sounds of the room allow her body to feel another rhythm of life before language can even articulate it. The second future is a story she can live alongside its characters; AI doesn't decide for her, but rather plays the roles of those she cannot yet become. The third future is a temporary "constellation": a ritual designer, a small-business anthropologist, a risk poet, a spatial narrator, and an AI agent bound by a constitution, taking seven days to build a choice for her that never existed before. When she leaves, she does not take an action plan. She takes away something much more scarce: she finally knows that her future has more than one version. This house is called the "Home of Another Future." It is not a business of this group. It is the true capability left behind after all the group's businesses eventually disappeared. 02. What Remained After the Group Disappeared Organizing did not disappear. It shed the shell of "tidying up rooms" and became Spatial Reincarnationology: using space to help people rehearse the transitions of identities, relationships, and life stages. Business Consulting did not disappear. It shed the shell of "buying/selling or advisory services" and became Micro-Civilization Inheritanceology: helping a small business see that it is actually a set of craftsmanship, trust, local memory, and human relationships, and how to preserve, migrate, and resurrect them, rather than just treating them as transactions. Scenario-based Commerce did not disappear. It became the Dramaturgy of Desire: no longer asking what to sell first, but first creating a life scenario people are willing to enter, and then letting products, services, spaces, characters, and stories become organs within that scenario. Capital and Risk Research did not disappear. It became Time Sovereigntyology: studying how people and organizations can avoid being locked down by short-term fears, single paths, and irreversible commitments, and how to preserve the ability to pivot. There is no specific transaction logic here; what remains is a sensitivity to time, risk, and optionality. The Group's Infrastructure did not disappear. It became the Art of Human-Machine Constitution: not continuing to add agents, but creating a civilizational form of how humans and non-sovereign intelligences work, remember, object, learn, make mistakes, apologize, and withdraw together. These are no longer business lines. They are the five senses of a new world: Space, Inheritance, Scenario, Time, and Collaboration. 03. The First Evolution: From "World Workshop" to "Future Species Bank" Initially, this group thought it was going to become a world workshop: creating new businesses, new services, new lifestyles, and new organizations for people. But a workshop still implies an old assumption—we produce, others use. Thus, its first transformation occurred. It no longer treated the future as a product, but as a species. The true fragility of a society is not just a lack of money or technology, but being left with only one imaginable life, one type of company, one kind of success, one form of education, one type of family, one kind of relationship between humans and AI. Default answers spread across the earth like a single crop; it looks efficient, but cannot withstand a single climate change. The group therefore became a Future Biodiversity Garden. It preserves, crossbreeds, cultivates, and releases different forms of life, commerce, systems, and talent. Its work is not to provide answers, but to prevent the world from being left with only one answer. 04. The Second Evolution: From "Creating the Future" to the "Right to the Future" Next, a deeper premise was overturned: why is it that only the wealthy, the smart, the lucky, or those close to power have the opportunity to seriously imagine different futures? Therefore, "having more than one future" was viewed as a new kind of right. It is not a right found in legal texts, but a civilizational capability: a person, a family, a small business, a community, before being pushed onto an irreversible path by reality, has the opportunity to see, feel, rehearse, and discuss multiple genuinely different worlds. The group thus ceased to be a company providing services and became the Institute of Future Rights. What it studies is not trend forecasting, but: how to prevent a person from being kidnapped by a single future; how to allow an organization to keep an exit route; how to let a child see their multiple possibilities before being defined by occupational vocabulary; how to make AI expand choices rather than narrow them. 05. The Third Evolution: From "Institute" to "Civilization Garden Without a Center" An institute still has a center. A center can still become a new authority. Thus, the third transformation happened: the group voluntarily gave up being the sole interpreter. It became a civilization garden without a central creative department. Every major problem summons a temporary constellation: poets, engineers, caregivers, game designers, merchants, historians, spatial artisans, children, the elderly, and AI agents bound by boundaries. After the constellation completes a world, it dissolves, leaving behind only the works, methods, failures, and seeds. No single department permanently occupies any field, and no single model holds the ultimate narrative right. What the group truly owns is no longer brands, employees, or technology stacks, but three intangible capabilities: 1. Seeing which default future is trapping a person or organization; 2. Summoning a heterogeneous constellation capable of creating another world; 3. Letting the new world be felt, tried on, and passed down without taking away human sovereignty. 06. This is Not a Plan This does not say which business should be prioritized, nor does it say who to hire, how much money to spend, which country to go to, or what product to develop. It doesn't even demand that this world eventually becomes reality. It just tore a slit in the current map: perhaps the group's endgame is not to operate several businesses more efficiently, but to become "future biodiversity" itself—allowing humanity in the AI era to still possess multiple lives, multiple organizations, multiple forms of beauty, multiple kinds of courage, and the ability to choose anew. If this idea has value, it is not because it is grand, but because it reinterprets all the group's seemingly scattered experiences into the same thing: we have always been helping people walk from a world that no longer suits them, toward another world that does not yet have a name.
